Okay, so I believe in 99.9% free speech.  These are the rules to govern the other .01%:

1.  No off topic discussions or links.  We're here to talk about our feelings on suicide not how cool the new "Star Wars" teaser looks.  So please keep it on topic.

2.  No disrespect or isms of any kind.  We probably get enough of this in our reality, lets try not to put it in our virtual reality too.

3.  No spamming.  The point of the community is to have get discussions to think about not one or two word responses to build up your post count.  

4.  I get to change any rule at any time for any reason.  Hope these rules were short enough and to the point.  I did't want to ramble too much.
